Watercolor & Salt Snowflake Art

Here’s how to make this winter snowflake craft:

❄️ Draw or trace a snowflake using school glue – This part is a fun activity in itself!
❄️ Cover with salt and shake off any excess
❄️Let dry . (I like to prep this overnight or in the morning to allow for drying time)
❄️Using watercolors, tap a wet brush on different sections of the snowflake; paint will spread and blend along the salt lines!

This craft-ivity is one of my favorites that we repeat all year round! It’s an engaging toddler-preschool activity as well as a creative after school brain break for older kids!
